How to book a session with you?
You may click Contact Me and submit your info first and I will connect with you! If you decide to move forward, a $200 booking fee and signed contract will be required to lock your reservation. About 2 weeks before the session date, I will send out a session guide and we may finalize location and outfit together!
What is your cancel/reschedule/refund policy?
I do understand things happen, so just shoot me an email at your earliest convenience when you have to reschedule. I will try my best to help. If myself is sick I will let you know and we will work it out together as well. If you have to cancel, the booking fee could be converted to credits for future use.
What is your turnaround time?
Usually it is 2-4 weeks. I promise I won't keep you waiting longer than necessary!
Do you charge travel fees?
There is no travel fee within a 10-mile range. It will be $1/mile beyond 10 miles. Client is also responsible for toll fees, park tickets, photography permit, parking fees, etc.
Do you recommend outfits?
In the session guide I share with you, styling tips are included. You are welcome to send me pictures of your potential outfits and I will give you feedback.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes, occasionally. For example, the Mommy and Me Mini Sessions happen in late March and early April to let you get photos by Mother's Day. I offer Christmas Mini Sessions as well in November.
Do you photograph events like birthday parties?
Yes I do! In our pre-session consultation, I could also recommend vendors, decorations, lighting etc. I offer a combination of in-home lifestyle session and event documentation that we can discuss about.
Do you have an indoor studio?
No, I currently don't own one and focus on in-home or outdoor sessions.
Do you provide raw files or original jpegs
Generally, No. Unprocessed orginal images are not finished work and could not match your expectation, or my photography style. Besides, Raw files relate to copy right issues. If you have special reasons, please let me know before booking and we will figure it out.
Do you provide retouched images? I mean using photoshop to modify face and body.
I respect being real 100%, since when you look back, you wouldn't want to miss the authentic moments of your life stage. But if you still have the needs, we can discuss the extra fees.
Where do you recommend we print our photos?
I'm so happy you decide to keep the wonderful memories on your wall! I would say please avoid Costco, Target, Walgreens, CVS because the colors and quality won't do the photos any justice. The gallery I share with you have printing services, also you may search online and choose anyone you like.
What kind of gear do you have?
I use Sony A7RV combined with a 50mm 1.2, 55mm 1.8, 35mm 1.8 and 70-200mm 2.8. I also own my old friend: Nikon D750 with some extra 85mm 1.4, 24-70mm 2.8, 105mm 2.8 lenses.
Do you travel? I mean far.
I've got my suitcase ready if our plans work out perfectly! Just let me know.
